Smoked Salmon Fillet 800g (approx.)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Mint roughly chopped
1 Garlic clove finely chopped
1 tsp Honey
1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Italian parsley
1 Pomegranate, seeds removed
- Combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, mint & honey in a large bowl and season. Toss in the red onion and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes. Then toss in the Italian parsley and pomegranate.
- Lay your Smoked salmon fillet out on a large platter and top with the herb and pomegranate salad.
