Terms & Conditions/Returns Policy

As our chilled products are perishable items, we take no responsibility for goods that are delivered to an incorrect address or where recipients are not home. This also applies to goods that have been left in warm places or out of refrigeration for more than 4 hours after delivery, especially in the Summer months.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to RURAL addresses as this takes up to 3 days longer, however you could organize for your product to be delivered to another non-rural location for collection or maybe your place of work*. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address please send us a message and we will reply asap.

If any Product or Box doesn’t correspond with what you have ordered, or you believe it was delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, please contact us at info@smokey.co.nz as soon as possible following delivery (and in any event, no later than 24 hours after the date you received the Box). We may require photographic evidence and/or a sample of the damaged or spoiled Product. If we agree that any Product or Box was incorrectly delivered, or delivered to you in a damaged or spoiled condition, then we will either refund the value of the Product or Box by crediting your credit card or replace that Product or Box where replacement is possible.
